A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment date and time. After booking your service, an invoice requesting the deposit will be sent to the email on file. All deposit invoices must be paid within 24 hours to prevent appointment cancellations.
All cancellation should be done through email or by phone. I totally understand that unexpected things happen. If you cancel your appointment with 72 hours of your schedule appointment time, you may reschedule your appointment within a 14-day period. In this case, your deposit will be transferable if the new appointment is schedule within the 14-day period.
Your deposit will not be transferable if you cancel an appointment past the 72 hour period.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
It’s not a pleasant feeling getting ready for work, arriving early to prepare for your appointment and you don’t show nor do you call. Your deposit is non-refundable and a fee of $30 is applied to your next appointment.
